Growing area – Nahal Yasaf vineyard, planted down the Kishor settlement to the slopes of Nahal Yasaf. The origin of its name in Arabic is the deep stream. The stream leaves the settlement of Kishor and empties west into the Mediterranean Sea. The stream channel drains the cold air to it at night and together with its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea produces a distinct and unique microclimate.
