The Marselan grapes were created from a successful hybridization between the varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. The vines were absorbed and nurtured in the Ofir Farm in the best possible way and when they ripen, they are characterized by the special qualities of the two noble varieties: fresh fruitiness, aromatic richness, and deep purple hue. The wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Hadas and Zvika arrived in Alon HaGalil in 1984, two members of the moshav who strive to continue the family tradition of farming in the young moshav. In 1986, it was decided to plant a vineyard and began working as farmers in the settlement, with a desire to deepen roots in the lands of the Alon HaGalil. Today, all members of the family live in the community and work in agriculture and the family business.
