Moti and Noa Ifrach, partners in life and business, have made their dream come true and opened Noalush – bakery, deli, and coffee shop, on the road connecting Tarshiha and Kfar Vradim. Moti, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, bakes cakes, cookies, and other French-style pastries at the stylish bakery. Noa his wife gathers the best ingredients Israel and the world have to offer at the deli and restaurant, such as a large selection of cheeses, smoked fish, wine, and special deli goods. Their restaurant serves a rich and versatile milk menu of dishes, based on the deli’s products.
