Jullius distillery \u2013 the first artisanal distillery in Israel. We opened the distillery in the spring of 2008 with a dream to produce the finest spirits in Israel, made from locally grown ingredients using craft distilling methods.
\nOur vision is to produce only spirits that we love to drink ourselves. Pure distillates, without any additives or shortcuts. Alcohol that is produced in harmony with the environment we live in.<\/p>\n

Marc de Galilee<\/strong> (40% alc, 500 ml)
\nDistilled from red grapes pomace. Aged for three years in French oak barrels.
\nAn amber glowing spirit with an elegant fruity aroma and a delicate long finish.<\/p>\n

Etrog Eau de Vie<\/strong> (40% alc, 500 ml)
\nThe world\u2019s first Eau de Vie made from local Israeli Etrog (citron).
