This rosé is a blend of red varieties that have undergone a brief soaking on the skins after receiving the fruit, to maintain light and fresh flavors. The different grape varieties are fermented separately, some in barrels, and then blended by the winemaker to create a balanced wine. This rosé is a special combination of Merlot, Syrah, and Nebbiolo. The Merlot variety reflects a fruit profile with red fruit flavors, along with a velvety texture. Syrah adds the depth of flavors with touches of black fruit, chocolate, and spices. For its part, Nebbiolo
gives freshness and complexity with flavors of cherry and spices, along with high acidity, central tannins, and minerality. The result is a rosé wine that offers a light and refreshing drinking experience but is also fascinating with richness and complexity.
