Our Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown in a Ryfone vineyard, located on rich basalt soil and enjoying a cool climate that allows for slow and controlled ripening. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, in order to preserve their high quality and the unique characteristics of the terroir. During the production process, most of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve the natural fruit flavors and fresh aromas. A small portion of the wine is fermented in oak barrels, a process that adds layers of depth and complexity, while maintaining the balance and elegance of the wine. This is a unique and unconventional Chardonnay, reflecting the character of the vineyard and the local climate. The wine displays distinct fruitiness and elegant complexity, with a refreshing aromatic show of ripe yellow apple, juicy peaches, and subtle hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is light but full of layers, with balanced acidity that adds liveliness and freshness.
