A blend of early-harvest reddish grapes, gentle pressing, 100% fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Characterized by aromas and flavors of red fruits and rough watermelon, fresh and sharp. Light body.

Pelech Winery is owned by Kibbutz Pelech, a young kibbutz whose members belong to different groups that work together and separately and promote common values for a better society. Itay Bey, the winery’s winemaker, brought with him professional knowledge from France and experience from the Galilee wineries, and together they created a home for Mediterranean wines, with natural fermentation, with an approach of “the less intervention – the more truth.”
