The greenish touches and flavors are mixed with a lot of fresh and crisp red fruit; raspberries and cherries full of juice and juiciness.
The texture of the wine is pleasant and soft and it is tempting to drink.
Serve with a variety of goat’s milk cheeses, with lamb or mutton and Italian food.
It will be at its best when young.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 degrees
