Jullius Distillery
The Jullius Distillery was founded by Joov, a former media man, and alcohol restaurant critic, who decided to turn from a theorist into a man of action and produce alcohol himself. The distillery is today in Kibbutz Hanita, in front of an intoxicating view, where Joov produces grape grappa produced at the German refinery and also fruit schnapps such as mandarins, oranges, and citrons.
