Kamah Center — Café and Gallery

Located at the green kibbutz of Harduf is the Kamah Center – Café and Gallery. The café is part of an occupational rehabilitation workshop setting, and its shelves display the workshops’ products for sale: baked, woven, paper, or ceramic, all made by members of Beit Elisha – adults with special needs. Kamah association demonstrates a unique model for social change, which offers the best possible integration of people with special needs within a rural community. Kamah offers a rehabilitating, empowering, and healing home for adults with special needs and for children and youths at risk, and gives a healthy society in which they live an experience of giving, tolerance, and growth through creative handling of challenges and changing conditions.
