Tupelo, Wheat Free Bakery
Vered Baer, originally from Kibbutz Gesher Haziv, and Murad Bishara, originally from Tarshiha, met at the chef restaurant Adelina on Kibbutz Cabri and fell in love.
Vered and Murad’s dream was to set up a bakery and cafe, where even celiac patients, like Vered’s sister, vegans, or people who avoid gluten, could enjoy and indulge with an abundance of fresh and delicious pastries like cakes, sandwiches, and pizzas.
Tupelo is a wheat-free bakery and cafe in the heart of the ancient and picturesque village of Tarshiha, which combines a bakery with a variety of wheat-free products and pastries.
