An elegant white wine, with a pale golden color. Features fruity aromas and a smooth, seductive structure. Upon opening, lightly baked aromas emerge, giving way to scents of yellow-orange and tropical fruit. The palate is smooth and velvety, yet possesses a richness and butteriness that leads us to a medium-long finish with acidity and a slight bitterness reminiscent of blood orange (orange grapefruit). This is an excellent wine for finger food and Asian fish dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
